Q: Why aren't the pictures showing up for the Herbs that are already in the list?

A: Everyone has their own idea of what each herb should look like. Depending on if you get your herbs dried or fresh. We decided to let you chose the picture you think looks most like the herbs you deal with. Simply edit the herb and select the picture you want to use.

Q: How do I change the picture for Herbs and Recipes?

A: First, click on the Edit menu at the top of the page. Next, select the "Edit existing Herb" in the drop down menu. On the page select the herb you want to edit from the drop down on the page. Once you have found the Herb to edit, click on the "Update Image button. It will open up a window where you can browse to the picture you want to use on your computer. Once you find it, click on it and hit the "select" button on the bottom of the window. Now the picture should show up on the page. Then click the "Update Herb" button on the bottom of the page to save your changes. That's it, now the picture should show up when you view the herb on the main page. For Recipes, you select the "Edit existing Recipe" button in the menu and follow the same steps for it.

Q: How do I change the "Attributes" for an Herb?

A: First, click on the Edit menu at the top of the page. Next, select the "Edit existing Herb" in the drop down menu. On the page, select the herb you want to edit from the drop down list on the page. Directly below the Herb name, you will see a list of Check boxes. scroll down the list and check off the items you want and uncheck the items you don't. Now, click the "Update Herb" button on the bottom of the page to save your changes.

A: First, click on the Edit menu at the top of the page. Next, select the "Add new Herb" in the drop down menu. ( Select "Add new Recipe" if your adding a Recipe) On the page, Fill in the blanks, select the Herb attributes, and the Herb warnings as well. select the picture you want to use, and when it's like you want, hit the "Add Herb" button at the bottom to save your information.

Q. How do I find out what an Attribute means?

A: First, click on the File menu at the top of the page. Next, select the "Terms" in the drop down menu. A window will popup with a drop down list. Select the term you want to know the meaning of from the list. The definition will show up below the term you select. Note: It's a good practice to always add a new term for each new attribute you add.
